This preset makes your work glow like fainted neon — rough, dirty, alive.
Not the flat, plastic Photoshop default glow, but something that looks like broken signage in the rain.
It thrives on dark backgrounds only (mostly)— don’t expect it to play nice with white.

Notes

• Because it’s a layer style, the glow effect scales relative to your layer size. If your text looks too faint or too chunky, use Layer > Layer Style > Scale Effects to resize it proportionally.
• Best results: dark/black backgrounds, bold text, high-contrast shapes.
