👻 Ghost Blur — Photoshop Style Preset (.ASL)

This preset drags your text and shapes into a soft, ghostly blur, like ink bleeding on paper.
Not the smooth, digital blur everyone’s used to — this one has texture, irregularity, and a slightly haunted vibe.
Works best on light surfaces (mostly), but can also give subtle effects on dark backgrounds.

Notes

• Effect scales with layer size — if it looks too soft or too strong, use Layer > Layer Style > Scale Effects
• Best results: light or mid-tone surfaces, handwritten text, sketches, or anything that benefits from a subtle ink-bleed effect
• Lightweight and clean — just the preset, no extra fluff
